What size should I order?
For belts and dog collars: measure a belt or collar you already wear, from the buckle prong to the hole you currently use — that's your size to order. See our belt size guide. Buckles, conchos, and key-rings are one-size.
Can this be personalized with a name?
If this product offers personalization, you'll see a field for a name, initials, or your pet's name before adding it to your cart. Each personalized item is made to order just for you.
What if I get the size or spelling wrong on a personalized order?

Is this real leather?
Yes — heavy 9/10 oz, oak-tanned, top-grain cowhide, hand-finished through our sixteen-step process in our High Springs, Florida workshop. We've been making leather goods this way since 1973.
How do I take care of it?
Condition it regularly with a leather conditioner, keep it away from excess moisture, and store it somewhere cool and dry. Real top-grain cowhide only gets better with age when it's cared for.
How fast will this ship?
Ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Standard USPS Priority Mail takes 5-7 business days (free on orders over $70); Priority Express arrives in 1-2 days.
What if I need to return or exchange it?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if unused and undamaged. Personalized items are final sale unless there's a manufacturing defect — and every product we make is guaranteed 100% against defects.
