For Personalized items we offer no returns. Please measure size correctly and spell wording correctly on name items before submitting order. If you give the wrong size or spelling, we cannot be held responsible. Feel free to email GavereLeather@windstream.net or call 407-435-1832 with any questions or concerns before submitting order. All products are guaranteed 100% against defects. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
